This Disclosure is provided to help you make an informed decision before purchasing any product, program, coaching, software, or service offered by Capital Crew (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it in full. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. The refund and guarantee terms that apply to your purchase are those stated in your client agreement or on the checkout page you accept at the time of purchase; nothing in this Disclosure creates, expands, or limits any refund right.

The Company provides consulting, technology, marketing, and operational support services relating to capital sourcing and business lending brokerage. We build the brand, website, marketing, and outreach systems, supply leads, provide training and scripts, and connect our clients to a network of lenders. We do not sell a business opportunity, a franchise, a "business in a box," or a guaranteed income system.

We are not a lender, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and we do not fund, arrange, or guarantee any loan. Funding decisions are made solely by independent lenders based on their own criteria. You remain responsible for operating your business: speaking with business owners, collecting applications, and maintaining the lender relationships you build.

The Company does not guarantee any income, commission, revenue, funded deal, or business outcome, and does not represent that you will earn back what you spend. Earnings figures, case studies, testimonials, and examples in our advertising, websites, videos, webinars, and materials, or from any representative of the Company, are illustrations of what particular individuals have achieved. They are not promises of what you will achieve.

Purchasing a program does not, by itself, produce income. Commissions come from closing funding deals: finding business owners who need capital, qualifying them, submitting complete applications to lenders, and seeing those deals through to funding. Your results will depend on your effort, skills, experience, decisions, capital, available time, market conditions, changes in the lending industry, and factors outside anyone's control. Individual results vary.

If you are not prepared to accept the possibility that you may earn nothing and may lose the money you spend, do not purchase our products or services.

Featured results are real and not typical. The clients, case studies, interviews, and endorsements in our marketing are real. They are selected because they are notable, and they show what some clients have achieved, not what most clients achieve. They do not claim to represent typical results, and they are not a guarantee or indicator of the results you will achieve.

Exceptional results generally reflect a combination of factors: substantial and sustained effort; prior sales, business, or finance experience in some cases; available capital; strong local market conditions; and individual aptitude. Many of these are outside the Company's control and cannot be supplied by training and leads alone. Most clients should not expect to match the strongest examples shown in our marketing.

• Lenders may decline applications for reasons unrelated to the quality of the training, and commission rates and lending programs can change at any time.

We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, or law firm. The Company is not a lender, does not extend credit, does not underwrite or approve loans, and does not guarantee that any lender will fund any deal. Lenders in our network are independently owned and operated, set their own approval criteria and commission structures, and may change or discontinue their programs at any time without notice. Commission amounts, when a deal funds, are paid by the lender, not by the Company, and are subject to each lender's own terms.
